Cats are often included in my paintings. Whether they are the focus of the composition, lying in a ball in the corner or just another object in a still life, you will find cats in many of my works. This is just a reflection of real life, where cats figure in the same way -
sometimes the focus of my attention,
or sometimes a creature lurking in the background.
Two cats live with me.
Katie is twenty years old and does little more than eat and sleep and cuddle these days.
Willow has eight years and came to my house after spending much of her time in a barn - the last thing on her mind is leaving the safety of our house and being adventurous, and she has become a roly poly cat because of this.
Maybe you can see these two in my paintings.
